Building a Resilient Artistic identity: From Critique to Process
Building a Resilient Artistic Identity is a gentle expressive arts workshop series for artists who want to stay connected to their creative selves during challenging or transitional periods.
Many artists lose their connection to themselves when their work becomes tied to income, productivity, or external validation. When life becomes stressful, creative identity often collapses into harsh self assessment. This series offers a different path. It gives artists multiple creative doorways so they can return to themselves through process, not performance.
Participants explore simple intermodal activities that support creative process, emotional awareness, and a grounded sense of identity. This session invites artists to step away from critique and reconnect with the part of themselves that creates from curiosity and truth. No art experience required and all disciplines are welcome.
This workshop is for artists of all disciplines
